We are looking for a Bridge Engineer to grow our bridge/structures group serving as a designer responsible for a variety of structures including bridges, retaining walls, and all other structures for transportation projects. Responsibilities include the design of cast-in-place and precast girder bridges, seismic analysis of multi-span/multi-frame bridge, design of specialty retaining walls such as ground anchor and soldier pile walls, preparation of plans, and estimation of construction quantities and cost.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in civil/structural engineering
- Master’s degree in structural engineering
- 5+ years bridge design experience
- PE Civil Engineering License in California
- Experience in bridge design projects
- Knowledgeable in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications and Caltrans design manuals
- Experienced in bridge design software (SAP2000, VBridge, Xtract…)
- Proficient with MicroStation v8i
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
