We are looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer to grow our bridge/structures group serving as the lead in the design of bridges, retaining walls, and all other structures for transportation projects on Southern California. Responsibilities include advanced analysis and design, preparation of contract plans and specifications, and supervising a small group of junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in civil/structural engineering
- Master’s degree in structural engineering
- 10+ years of bridge design experience
- PE Civil Engineering License in California
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of bridge design projects
- Knowledgeable in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications and Caltrans design manuals
- Experienced in bridge design software (SAP2000, VBridge, Xtract…)
- Proficient with MicroStation v8i
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
