WKE is providing project management and engineering design services to OCTA for the improvement of I-5 from SR 73 to South of Oso Parkway. The project plans to reconstruct and widen Avery Parkway from Camino Capistrano to Marguerite Parkway to provide additional capacity and improve access to I-5. The Avery Parkway Bridge undercrossing will be replaced to allow for the widening of Avery Parkway and improve the vertical clearance.
