WKE assisted Metro in preparing the PSR for improvements along six miles of the I-605 Corridor from Beverly Boulevard in the city of Whittier to north of I-10. WKE is responsible for the development of project alternatives to increase capacity and improve safety along the I-605, I-10, and SR 60 Corridors, and at three local interchanges.
