ORANGE COUNTY, CA
This project added an HOV and auxiliary lane in each direction for approximately 12 miles between SR 55 at the easterly end of SR 22 to Valley View Street at the westerly end, as well as constructed three new bridges, replaced nine bridges, and widened and retrofitted 22 bridge structures.
