WKE is the prime consultant responsible for delivering the PS&E for the construction of a median-to-median toll lane connector between the SR 241 and SR 91 Express Lanes. The project proposes to widen SR 91 and SR 241 for six miles and reconstruct the Gypsum Canyon Interchange.
