Provided engineering design services to OCTA for the preparation of the PSR-PDS to improve six miles of SR 91 between State College Boulevard and Lakeview Avenue including preliminary geometrics of the freeway reconfiguration at SR 57 and SR 55. WKE coordinated closely with OCTA, cities of Orange and Anaheim, and Caltrans.
