WKE encourages and sponsors employees to participate annually in the WTS-OC Mentoring Program which matches up transportation professionals with an accompanied industry professional. WKE employees participate in the program as mentees, mentors, and as committee members. This year WKE had 12 employees in the program and the participation is growing each year!
