Construction is underway for the Grand Ave On-Ramp Project located in the City of Industry, CA. The $5 million project broke ground in late March (2016) and completed the first stage of construction by mid-April. The Project is expected to be completed and operational by April of 2017. The awarded contractor, Powell Constructors, is working closely with WKE and Caltrans District 7 to address field issues and complete the Project according to the schedule.
